Each Lady Conceal bag comes with a medium holster, however, you can buy this holster as a replacement or spare. Or perhaps you need a different size holster for your handgun other than what is provided with the bag. 

Small Holster: 5" L x 3" H

Medium Holster: 5.25" L x 3.25" H

Large Holster: 6.25" L x 3.75" H

Size guide: 

Length is measured from the barrel of the firearm to the action.

Height is measured from the trigger guard to action.
