Processing / Shipping Times
Each product detail specifies the processing / shipping time for that item. Items labeled 'Ready to Ship' should be ordered together to avoid delay. Orders combining 'Ready to Ship', special order and/or custom made items together will ship in 10-14 business days.
In-stock items, labeled as 'Ready to Ship', ship in 1-3 business days.
Special order or custom made items ship in 10-14 business days.
Your order should arrive in 2-6 business days from the time it is shipped. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but they are not guaranteed.
We ship to residential or business addresses in the United States, with the following exceptions: US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and internationally.
Please provide accurate billing and contact information at checkout to avoid delays in delivery.
In-store pick up is available; you can make this selection at checkout. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID for verification.
Email notification will be sent when your order has shipped or is available for pick up.
Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number for reference.
Request a return within 3 days of receipt of your item(s) via the Returns Center at the bottom of the page.
Ship items back within 7 days of receipt. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
A refund, less the original shipping cost to you, will be refunded upon conditions of return, as stated below.
Products purchased online can also be returned in-store. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID with you for verification.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Stamped designs or personalized items
* Belts & Dog Collars - Sizes must be measured according to our guidelines. These items are made specifically to the measurements you provide. If you have used an alternative method to measure or have guessed, we cannot guarantee the fit and therefore cannot offer an exchange or refund.
* Items marked as 'Clearance' or 'Final Sale' are sold 'as is' and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
* Foot Care Products (for hygiene reasons)
Conditions of Return
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. This may include cigarette smoke, stains, signs of use, dog chews, etc.
Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of item(s) to our store for your return to be processed. Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please contact your bank or credit card company for questions about the timing of refunds.
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
When you make a purchase on our website, you agree to pay and authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method, for all applicable fees and taxes that may accrue in relation to your purchase.
